He called when he was leaving his previous job, and he was very efficient once he started. Rey explained everything and made sure that moving his truck into the driveway, leaving the door ajar for hoses was okay with me. He assured me of the safety of the procedure and that Zerorez is chemical free. Rey offered other services, but there was no pressure to add to my original order. Very refreshing! Oh, and my carpets look great--especially the stairs! Thank you!

It was more about the customer service that Rob, our technician, provided than the products and services. He was very professional from the beginning; he took the time to walk through each of the rooms with us to discuss the pros and cons of the various cleaning options we had. He listened to what we said and didn't try to pressure us into the most expensive option. Even if the cleaning had been horrible (which it wasn't - our house smells great!) Rob definitely left us with a positive feeling about Zerorez.
