I was not at home when Derek came - my husband was - his feed back to me over the phone was "wait til you see your carpet - you won't believe how clean the stairs are." Thank you Derek, they haven't looked that good for a long time. Friendly, and timely service, I will recommend Zerorez to all my friends.

The technician was on time, was very polite and efficient. I liked that he covered the front door so the house did not get cold while the hose keeping the door partially open.

Matt and Brian were wonderful. They arrived exactly when they said they would, they were really friendly and explained everything clearly. The entire job was done in an hour, including the Fiber Protection. The carpets are soft and the whole house smells great.

The technicians that came into my home were professional and very nice to talk with. They did an outstanding job cleaning my carpets that had three dogs living on them. This was the first time having carpets professionally cleaned, and the results were outstanding!

The guys that were here were very friendly and listened to what I wanted to be done.
I was very pleased with their professionalism. They came in, did the job, and were done in no time. My carpets look great! I have already recommended them to my boss to get our office carpets cleaned and my girlfriend to have her house carpets cleaned. Thank you!
