There is no smell factor after you are done. The technician was fabulous. Very knowledgeable about Zerorez product, efficiantly on time, very professional and had a very nice demeanor that we felt was very nice. Am already sending out the cards to people at my work. Good communications with scheduling and on the day of the appointment. The service person was knowledgeable, answered questions and provided information about the results we could expect. I loved the clean citrus scent of the product. It's too soon to tell how well the added protection we purchased will hold up.

I used Zerorez for the first time and was very impressed. Charlie did an excellent job. I really like the idea of no soap and love the way everything came out. Even the spots I thought would still show, did not. The carpet downstairs in my home is very old and I had it cleaned before but never noticed a difference in it until I used Zerorez. Now it looks lighter and brighter than it ever did.

Very knowledgeable technicians who recommend but do not push. Answered all my questions and offered various solutions, not always the most expensive options. The results of the cleaning seem much better than other carpet cleaning options I've tried in the past. I also like the fact this is a "green" company. I was impressed with the professionalism of the technicians. They listened to me when I was explaining the issues I had with the carpet and worked to address those issues. I am very pleased with the results.

Robert and his associate were very professional and friendly. My kids were home and while I was worried that would be a bother to them it was no problem at all. Zerorez engaged them in conversation and were very kind to my kids and myself. Robert did an excellent job explaining the Maxim Advanced Treatment, so much so, I had no hesitation in purchasing it for our carpets. Our carpets look the same as the day the carpet was installed. While Zerorez was here a neighbor came over and ended up having their carpets cleaned immediately following! It was like a commercial right here in our neighborhood! The next time our carpets need to be cleaned we will call Zerorez with no hesitation.

The representative, Dave, was very knowledgeable about the product and informed us about our options prior to beginning the carpet cleaning. Products used were natural and did not require soap and water to clean the carpets.

The carpets seem fresh and not "sticky", like I've experienced with other cleaners in the past. The carpets are noticably much cleaner. Tyler was very nice, prompt and professional. I'm very pleased and will spread the word!
