I like that you use natural products.

When I heard about Zerorez (on KS95), I really liked the idea that you were a chemical free company. We try to be as natural as possible in our household. The testimonies I heard on the radio intrigued me. Then Jake, our 14 year old black lab, had a MAJOR accident on our carpet. I called Zerorez and spoke to a wonderful person named "Jimmy". I explained my "crisis" and he was able to re-arrange the schedule so that you were able to stop out within 3 days (we live in Cold Spring!). I was so excited! : ) Eventhough I had multiple options closer to home, I wanted to give Zerorez a try because I really liked the chemical free idea. The service technician, Matt, stopped out and was very friendly and informative. He explained the various procedures he would try, gave us pricing, etc. We are thrilled with the way our carpet turned out. We feel like they are almost brand new again (but without the obnoxious brand new smell!). We hadn't had our carpets cleaned since we installed them - about 6 or so years ago and had multiple stains all over along with various pet stains from our new little Yorkie puppy. Matt was able to remove the majority of stains. We are so happy with the results and will definitely be recommending Zerorez to anyone who is in need of having their carpets cleaned. Charlie called before coming--arrived on time. He always took off his shoes whenever entering the house. He explained the product and we were impressed that Zerorez used a product without any soaps. This should make the carpet stay cleaner longer! Charlie asked for any particular spots to be treated. He even complimented us on having removed the furniture from 3 rooms. Charlie is friendly, capable and knowledgeable!

Iam an interior designer and I make sure that they have your name when it comes to getting their carpets cleaned. Our kitchen and foyer tile had become very dingy with 8 years worth of dirt and grime. I thought nothing could restore the grout to its original white, but Zerorez did it! It looks amazing - just like new!

I like the fact that you do not use "soap" type materials or chemicals to clean the carpets. The representative that did the work was very professional, courteous, explained everything very well before he did the work, as well as when he completed the job.
