I was told what to expect (ie email confirmation, phone call prior to arrival) and all occurred as stated. Rey arrived on time, wore shoe covers as I had requested, explained in detail process, I like the clean citrus smell. Very professional and with the exception of one stain which couldn't be removed (no fault of Zerorez) the carpet looks almost new. Thank you.

The technician explained everything thoroughly and completed the job in a timely fashion. Afterward both my daughter and husband commented on how nice the carpet felt to walk on barefoot.

The service was great, they showed up on time. Our carpets came out so great and clean it looks like new carpet; we had a couple spots that were spot treated for pets. The carpet smelled so nice after the cleaning, I liked the citrus smell versus the chemical smell that we have had from other cleaning services.
