The people on the phone were very nice and helpful when I was trying to decide of I should do all of my carpet (downstairs and up) or just the main living area. The man who cleaned the carpets was friendly and did a great job of explaining the process.

The communication from Zerorez was second to none. I have never experienced that high a level of good customer service from a carpet cleaning company. The process was explained from start to finish and an estimate was given over the phone. The follow-up e-mails and calls helped tremendously.

The only thing better than the communication was the technician. Rob S. was professional, dedicated and cared about getting my carpet really clean. He explained everything he was going to do and spent 2 hours cleaning. He went over trouble spots several times and took the time needed to get the job done correctly.

No other company has ever gotten the carpet so clean or spent that much time to do the job right. I was very impressed and will use Zerorez again.

I love that there are no harsh chemicals. I know that it is safe for my toddler and baby to crawl and play on the floor after you have cleaned. I don't have to worry about them coming in contact with any harmful chemicals.

My carpet was throughly cleaned. A spot which was in the carpet and not removed by two other carpet cleaners disappeared. The dirt of our traffic patterns was removed and the wear to the carpet (12 years old) made less notable.
