prompt, efficient, neatness appreciated however, 2 chairs were cleaned going across the fabric grain instead of with the grain, therefor leaving me with a prominent marking on the chairs that i am trying to brush out now that they are dry. My appointment was scheduled to be convenient for me. The service agent was very polite and went straight to work. I understood the work agreement. Though the day was very cold I thought the house was well sealed to allow hoses through the open door without excessive heat loss.

I like the no-residue product for carpet cleaning. I enjoyed the ease of working with all of the staff that I interfaced with. The technician was great; though he told me about a few of the other products/services available, he wasn't pushy, nor did he try to sell me something I didn't need. I felt that the service was of good value and worth my investment.
Communication was great. Showed up at time said. Listened to us. But I felt they went through our house a little quick. If they would have slowed down a little. The results would have been a lot better.

Thouroughly clean. Staff very pleasant and willing to explain your service. I moved a great deal of my own furniture. I was dissapointed when I was told if they did not move furniture they could not move it back.
