Eric, the Zerorez employee who came out and cleaned our carpets was polite, thorough and even suggested some things I did not think of in order to keep our carpets in the best shape possible and extend the life of our carpets. He was extremely knowledgeable and went about his business in a very professional manner. I would definitely recommend Zerorez to anyone who wants their carpets to look clean and feel clean.

I was thrilled with my clean fluffy carpet. Rob did an awesome job. He was timely, polite, profession and explained each step of the procedure. I give him a 10+ out of 10. He was able to get stains out that Steam Master could not. I did not tell Rob that I had Steam Master a couple of months ago and was very disappointed. I will be using Zerorez in the future and will advertise my great experience with your cleaning service.

There was no pressure from the cleaners. I was a little afraid I would be "scared" into spending a lot more money for extra services to make sure the carpet was clean enough for my baby. Both gentlemen (Joseph and another man)were extremely polite and proffesional.

As for the products I love that was not any harsh chemical smell after the job was done.
