I was very pleased with the service technician that cleaned our carpets. He was very knowledgeable and very careful not to scratch any walls or furniture. He explained every thing in detail and was not trying to talk us into anything we didn't want for extra services. I would definitely call them back again and give my friends and family your phone number.

The technician (Ben) arrived on time and gave a very thorough explanation of what he would be doing and how long it would take. Upon completion our ten year old carpeting looked like the day it was installed and the house now has a wonderful freshness to it. Thanks for a fantastic job!!!

What do you like about our products and services?

The empowered water to avoid putting shampoos and substances in the carpet that leave a residue. I am also impressed how quickly the carpets and stairs were cleaned. The technicians were great, friendly, professional, and very knowledgable.

I knew my carpets needed cleaning, but didn't realize how dirty they were until zerorez cleaned them! THEY LOOK GREAT! I have told everyone this as absolutely the BEST carpet cleaner I have ever used! You have me as a customer for life!

To be clear, I am the contractor performing repair work, not the homeowner of this property. My intention as the contractor is to exceed the expectations of my clients. to that end, I continually seek professionals who are also perusing the same goals as I am.

My experience with Zerorez exceeded my expectations, and I'm not easy to please. That being said, my customers have the final say as to weather or not I have met, or exceeded, their expectations. My customer was amazed with the results Zreorez achieved in cleaning her carpet ! Stains she has not been able to remove you were able to remove with your special treatments and attention to detail. Zerorez is the ONLY carpet cleaning service I will use, and the only service I will recommend ! Well done !

Chris was very nice and explained the process well. He even got my wife to do the protective care. I do not care that you have a trip charge. I think you should be up front with the price that you advertise.

Extra Services offered but no pushy sales schtick which I hate and which most services deploy. Matt was very professional, efficient and with great customer connection. Will definitely use in the future and recommend.
