The technician was on time - he called when he said he would. He was quick, and thorough, and didn't add in any extra fees. Our carpet is 16 years old, but it looks brighter, smells cleaner and feels good underfoot.

I liked the cleaning method used. (No chemicals) I also liked how clean my carpets
became after the carpet cleaning. The cleaner was able to get out some really bad spots and
my high traffic areas look beautiful.

"Charlie" was fantastic. Both young men were professional, and they worked really hard on getting my floor cleaned. Not rushed... seemed to take their time and pay attention to detail. The service was exceptional.

On behalf of my Mom Name removed(my wonderful 89 yr old mother who doesn't know anything about computers :)so you are using my address) I will say is very pleased with your product-it's freshness, its lack of chemicals and soap.
I am able to speak for her from my e-mail address since I have firsthand knowledge of your service after having my carpets cleaned about a month ago.
Most of all, special accolades to Nick Tchida who is terrific! He is genuinely warm, conscientious and impeccably thorough in doing the best quality work possible. He deserves a raise!!!!

The carpet cleaning service was top notch. The technician was very knowlegable regarding the treatment of spots and stains and did an excellent job cleaning our stairs, and 2 large rooms. I like knowing that the solutions used are totally free of soaps and chemicals leaving the carpets residue free.
