most important in my estimte is the two gentlemen who did the cleaning. They were kind, generous and very capable of doing a good job. they were honest and informative. As for the cleaning, well we were amazed and happy with the results.
no residue is left behind. Technicians arrive on time - no need to spend 1/2 of your day waiting for someone to show up.
No soap or chemical residue from the carpet cleaner, Aaron was very knowledgeable, friendly & did a good job.
I loved the results - my older carpet lightened, smelled clean and fresh. I have pets so I know that the green clean makes it safe for them and for us of course - no residues!! I had the empowered water concept explained to me. Spots came out. Issac, our rep, was courteous, thorough, explained everything and was very professional. I LOVED IT!!! All natural and easy to use. I purchased the grout cleaner for my ceramic tile floor and cleaning the grout was easy and took very little effort. My floor looks brand new!
