You did an excellent (excellent!) job at cleaning our carpets. They're good quality but older and we were afraid they might not clean up as well as they had in the past. Nevertheless, you did a GREAT job and they looked marvelous when we had our family Christmas celebration at our house several days later.

The service person was great! I can't believe the quality of the cleaning, we had spots that I had just resolved to remain there, but they came out and the carpet almost looks like new and it is 19 years old!

We had a very sick puppy who left numerous "bio spots" all over our carpet. Nate explained what he could do and then proceeded to pre-treat and clean the carpet. The carpet looks new again, the "bio spots" disappeared and our home doesn't smell like chemicals. Nate was very thorough, courteous and forthright. We plan on using Zerorez again for annual cleaning.

Although the customer service representatives seemed to be less knowledgable and/or confined to only answering questions based on a 'script', the service technician was very knowledgable and willing to answer all of my questions.

I couldn't be happier with the results. I moved into a home where it appeared as though people didn't ever vacuum the corners (along the trim) or ever clean up spills. Also, I believe some of the carpet was original (over 20 years old). The technician did warn me in advance that the corners may not come clean as the dirt had been there for years. Zerorez got up nearly every stain and even the corners look much better. I will be able to put off buying carpet for a couple of years.

TECH DID A GREAT JOB - VERY PERSONABLE

Your service exceeded my expectations. The ducts are clean and our 13 year old carpet looks like new. Even old stains that could not be removed from previous cleaners are gone.

This was the second time I used Zerorez-my first experience was okay, but not a 10. When I heard the $119 special on WCCO, I decided to give your company another try. The technician, Oredus, was great--exceptionally thorough. The result was a definate WOW. I also appreciated his kind, positive personality.
