We have lived in our house for 9+ years and only had done the carpets ourselves. We felt they were clean, but looking at the carpets everyday was getting to be too much! We finally decided to try Zerorez - not a minute goes by that I'm not thrilled with it. The tech was amazing and explained everything - before, during and after. He even did some upholstery cleaning for a reasonable price that looks awesome! We won't be using ANY other product/service!! AWESOME!!!!!!!!!!

I WAS VERY SATISFIED WITH YOUR SERVICE, BUT THERE IS A VERY NOTICABLE SPOT IN THE DINING AREA THAT HAS ALREADY COME BACK. HE TOLD ME THERE WOAS A FEW SPOTS THAT THEY COULD NOT GET OUT, BUT THAT ONE WAS NOT THERE WHEN THEY WERE DONE.

Effective cleaning without chemicals

The carpeting feels clean, not stiff like it has a residue stuck to it. The smell is fresh and clean rather than the smell of chemicals. The employees who cleaned the carpet were professional and made me feel comfortable having them in our home.

The two gentlemen that came to my house were absolutely great! They were friendly and explained everything and really seemed like they take pride in their work. The carpets look great, the air ducts are clean, and the house smells fresh again. I feel like the service that was provided really benefits my family!

Steve was AWESOME!!! He was able to treat and remove some really tough grease/food stains and even removed a few rust spots too!!! I had a sick child who needed to see the Dr. and had to leave him there to finish on his own. Everything looks great - I will definately call Zerorez in the future!!

The feel of my carpet after a cleaning and how nice it looks. This time it did take longer to dry then last time you cleaned it and not sure why.

I liked everything. I liked that the Tony Erickson, the senior technician, called and let me know he was on his way. I liked his approach, his speed, and the end product is awesome. My carpets were dirty, had pet stains and the before and after photos ( wish I had taken them) are amazing. My carpets could not look any better than they do right now.

We used Zerorez to RE-clean the carpets of a townhome we were moving into; the rental agency had already "cleaned" the carpets but the way they looked, I had my doubts as to how much truth there was coming from the agency. Zerorez made them look CLEAN!
