Your employees are courteous and polite and efficient. We had a seasoned cleaner as well as a trainee, and they were thorough, and were done with two rooms and stairs within an hour. The carpet is fresh and clean and the mildew smell is gone. They covered their shoes with paper slippers, and made sure the front door was covered so that the cold air didn't come in. I have used Zero Rez before, and will do so again.

You did an excellent (excellent!) job at cleaning our carpets. They're good quality but older and we were afraid they might not clean up as well as they had in the past. Nevertheless, you did a GREAT job and they looked marvelous when we had our family Christmas celebration at our house several days later.

The service person was great! I can't believe the quality of the cleaning, we had spots that I had just resolved to remain there, but they came out and the carpet almost looks like new and it is 19 years old!
