The technicians were very professional. There was no pressure from them to purchase other services or products. Last year I had the same carpet cleaned by your competition. It took them twice as long to clean it because one of them keep coming to me stating that I "had to" add services or my carpet would not last or even get clean. They even wanted to clean my grout in a closed, tiled bathroom. By the time they finished they charged twice as much as Zerorez They will never come into my home again, but I will definately have Zerorez back

Matt and Brian were wonderful. They arrived exactly when they said they would, they were really friendly and explained everything clearly. The entire job was done in an hour, including the Fiber Protection. The carpets are soft and the whole house smells great.

we were somewhat disappointed as the service employee came late, but after hearing what he went through with his previous job dealing with cat "problems" we understood. We very much like what zeorex has done. The carpet looks great, especially our steps which were in bad shape with stains and dirt.The employee took time to discuss any particular problems. We liked the finished product!
