The process cleaned my carpets in an incredible way and removed the dog urine smell. In addition, both men were extremely courteous and friendly. They were on time and well-trained on customer service.

Moe came to our house and he was the most courteous worker ever! He listened and looked at my problem areas; and then he FIXED them. :) It was a great experience and the carpet looks great and I will refer zerorez to all of my friends!

Service was very good. The duct cleaning was very thorough and your employee was very courteous and efficient. It was nice that the carpeting was not damp and very clean. I would recommend your services to anyone who needed either of these services.

I was amazed at how clean my carpets came. I had planned on replacing my familyroom carpet, so hadn't cleaned in a while. I can postpone replacing it now! By far the best carpet cleaning I've ever experienced. Both of my sisters are having you clean their homes now! Thanks much again for having saved me money!

Over the years I've tried several different companies to clean my carpets, furniture, and air ducts, but none of them could "hold a candle" to Zerorez! I've learned so much from the technicians who come to the house. They are always polite, informative, and knowledgeable. Their products clean wonderfully. No residue left on the carpets.

I just had to send this message to let you know how pleased we are with our carpet cleaning and to sing the praises of our technician who did the job, Chris. This was the first time we used Zerorez and we were very pleased with our experience. Scheduling was not a problem and we received a call 24 hours prior to and the morning of our appointment to let us know when they would arrive. Chris was friendly, professional and very knowledgeable about the company and cleaning process. We had a lot of pet stains to deal with and our carpet looked great when he was done! Because of our experience we will definitely recommend Zerorez to others and call again when we need to have our carpet cleaned.

Carpet was cleaned wonderfully and smelled really good. The Techs, Ryan and Zach were excellent. They were able to educate us on some stain removal treatments and offer those services as well as air duct cleaning, which we may use in the future. Very professional. Will call Zerorez again.
