I was able to get someone out there the day after I called. The price was reasonable, $149 for my whole basement is pretty cheap. The carpet seems clean and smells good.

I would like to comment about someting else. I asked the guy about cleaning my mini van and he wanted $280.00. Seems high when he was doing the whole basement for $149.00 and he was already at my house.

Cleaning process was just what we needed for pet odor and stains. Team was very well informed and did an excellenet job. I like that there was a team of two. And they put corner guards to protect our paint and woodwork. The carpet is amazingly soft after the cleaning. I have never felt that with any cleaning company we have used in the past. We will use Zerorez again in the future; we plan to have the family room done next!
