What is there not to like? Technicians were pleasant & knowledgeable. They did a marvelous job of cleaning my carpets. I think they went the extra mile for me, but maybe they do that for every job. Have sung your praises to family and friends.

The representative that did our floor was professinal and very knowledgeable. He took the time to explain exactly what he was doing. Was very willing to help with moving some furniture. The carpet looked like new when it was done and took very little time for drying. The product delivered was exactly what we had hoped for.

no chemicals, highly effective, my technician was very focues on making sure the "pet smell" was completely gone. This is the first time a carpet cleaner got down on his hands and knees and smelled my carpet - with me - and then re-did the spots that were not completely odorless. I had an incredibly positive experience with zerorez! The service professional worked with me to accommodate my schedule on the day I needed the carpets cleaned. I had a narrow time-frame and he called ahead and we scheduled a time that worked for me. He was quick, friendly and efficient. I was moving out of my apartment that day and he even offered to move a table when he saw my mother and I struggle to carry it down the steps!
