Carpets look and smell great, the associate that cleaned my carpets was on time, courteous, wanted to make sure I was happy with the finished product. He did not try to "brow beat" me into add on services. He also was careful with my furniture.

He forgot one of the orange corner protectors. I have it sitting outside the garage door. It is in plain sight on top of my hose winder. Please pick it up anytime within the next week or I will have to discard it.
