I operate a daycare out of my home, and was able to get an appointment exactly when I needed it (when the children were not present). And being I run a daycare the traffic in and out of my house is incredibly high....with really dirty high traffic patterns throughout my home. I also have a 15 year old daughter who tends to spill make-up all over her bedroom. My carpets were disgusting to say the least!!!! The Zerorez tech's came out and really were quite honest with me and said at best they could get 50% of the dirt and make-up out. They were totally wrong!! My carpets look great!!! Some of the make-up stains still did not come out completely.....but I never expected them to come out at all! I am totally impressed with their professionalism, the time they took to explain everything they were doing and the end quality of their work. A job well done, and a company I will definately be calling back!!

The clean smell after cleaning, and the carpets looked so fresh. The cleaner that came to our house (Irwin) was very friendly and did a good job.

They did a good, fast job. The carpet looks great. I especially like having all the furniture put up on small blocks of styrofoam, so that the carpet can dry and not get any marks from the furniture.

Eric, the Zerorez employee who came out and cleaned our carpets was polite, thorough and even suggested some things I did not think of in order to keep our carpets in the best shape possible and extend the life of our carpets. He was extremely knowledgeable and went about his business in a very professional manner. I would definitely recommend Zerorez to anyone who wants their carpets to look clean and feel clean.

I was thrilled with my clean fluffy carpet. Rob did an awesome job. He was timely, polite, profession and explained each step of the procedure. I give him a 10+ out of 10. He was able to get stains out that Steam Master could not. I did not tell Rob that I had Steam Master a couple of months ago and was very disappointed. I will be using Zerorez in the future and will advertise my great experience with your cleaning service.
