I liked how the staff kept in touch prior to our appointment to let us know exactly when they were going to be here. They were friendly and went over what was to be done and talked about the stains. they were fast and very good. I liked how they put up that shield by the door to block the cold. the orange smell was wonderful. Thumbs up to the team that cleaned our carpets.
