I had my carpeat cleaned about 3 months ago by another carpet cleaning co and was not very happy with the results. I decided to try Zerorez and I can not beleive the difference. I liked that you called a couple of days prior to confirm and that you called 15 minutes prior to arrival. I liked that you sent an email with information and guidelines of things to do before and after the carpet cleaning. I liked that Zach was willing to move some of the furniture. We had a reaaly dirty carpet and I loved that Zach got it clean. Very happy with your service and I will be a repeat customer and recommend your services to others.

I was really happy with how my carpet looked after they cleaned it and treated the carpet areas with extra cleaning supplies that took care of the odor and the apperance of my carpet. I am very happy that your products work so well and are not bad smelling and safe for us to use. I have already passed on all of your information to my family and friends. I was very happy with the onsite technician (Dylan I think, not sure) - he was excellent. He was very good, the reason I would recommend others to your business. I could see he took his time and did a very thorough job w/ both the ducts and the carpeting. He also offered additional services without the feeling I was getting upsold for no reason. Excellent.
I was dissapointed with your call center when I set up the initial appointment. From talking w/ the technician, I understand you have a lot of new people, so please make sure this is clear with them. When we were talking ducts, my question back to him when he asked how many ducts are there - I asked are your talking main intake ducts or all ducts, as I was unsure how the process worked. He said main intake ducts, well - when the technician came I find out the other is true. This doubled my price. Other than than, great job.

Aaron, our technician, was wonderful. He was very informative and was able to provide relevant information. He was not pushy about purchasing other features and didn't make me feel obligated to buy anything else - just provided the information. He also was able to clean two of our chairs that a previous "cleaner" (and I use that word sparingly) almost ruined. Our carpets and two chairs look beautiful. We will be calling Zerorez from now on for our carpet needs.
