Joe -- he was very good -- we looked at stains in advance and then we reviewed all areas to see all the stains gone! I also liked the corner guards. Now, I have already referred you to HaRRIET RoGGE, IN VADNAIS HEIGHTS. I would like a very tiny gift for the referral - like a $5.00 gift card to Caribou or something for telling folks all the details of the good service. Good communications with scheduling and on the day of the appointment. The service person was knowledgeable, answered questions and provided information about the results we could expect. I loved the clean citrus scent of the product. It's too soon to tell how well the added protection we purchased will hold up.

I used Zerorez for the first time and was very impressed. Charlie did an excellent job. I really like the idea of no soap and love the way everything came out. Even the spots I thought would still show, did not. The carpet downstairs in my home is very old and I had it cleaned before but never noticed a difference in it until I used Zerorez. Now it looks lighter and brighter than it ever did.

Very knowledgeable technicians who recommend but do not push. Answered all my questions and offered various solutions, not always the most expensive options. The results of the cleaning seem much better than other carpet cleaning options I've tried in the past. I also like the fact this is a "green" company. I will definitely utilize Zerorez for future cleaning services and would highly recommend to others.

I was impressed with the professionalism of the technicians. They listened to me when I was explaining the issues I had with the carpet and worked to address those issues. I am very pleased with the results.

Robert and his associate were very professional and friendly. My kids were home and while I was worried that would be a bother to them it was no problem at all. Zerorez engaged them in conversation and were very kind to my kids and myself. Robert did an excellent job explaining the Maxim Advanced Treatment, so much so, I had no hesitation in purchasing it for our carpets. Our carpets look the same as the day the carpet was installed. While Zerorez was here a neighbor came over and ended up having their carpets cleaned immediately following! It was like a commercial right here in our neighborhood! The next time our carpets need to be cleaned we will call Zerorez with no hesitation.

The representative, Dave, was very knowledgeable about the product and informed us about our options prior to beginning the carpet cleaning. Products used were natural and did not require soap and water to clean the carpets.

The natural aroma that is still in my carpet reassures me that no chemicals is the way to go!

The carpets seem fresh and not "sticky", like I've experienced with other cleaners in the past. The carpets are noticably much cleaner. Tyler was very nice, prompt and professional. I'm very pleased and will spread the word!

truly got all the spots out. My carpet was really bad with pet pee and food stains. He really did an A+ job I only wish he had gone over it one more time in the opposite direction there are some faint stripes that showed up when the carpet dried. I still give you a 10 the best carpet cleaning I have ever had.

Nate was excellent. He explained everything clearly, and did just a fantastic job cleaning our carpeting. There were set in stains that I would never have believed could be removed - looks like new. I would highly recommend Zerorez, and plan on using you for cleaning our vents.

Everything about the cleaning experience was possitive. They tried their best to get out an old paint stain that was at our rental town home before we moved in. They were able to get out about 75 percent of it, which was far more than we expected. the carpet was in excellent condition after the cleaning. Thanks, and we did get our whole damage deposit back.

No chemicals, came on my schedule (Sunday!) and had a super technician who did his best to remove a nasty spot. He was personable and diligent. Thanks so much.
