Despite my calling right before a holiday weekend they called back almost immediately to schedule an appt. The service techs were polite, very pleasant and very thorough. The pricing was very reasonable and the results were fantastic. Although not all of our long-standing pet stains were totally removed, they were subantially improved. We were very pleased with the service we received.

The technician was very friendly and very professional. The cleaning products are all natural and smell fresh and clean. The technician was on his hand and knees trying to get unknown stains out of our white carpet (and he got 99% of them out). This is the second time we have called on them and they have come through both times.
