My carpets are so clean, I can't believe it! Most stains came out, it smells wonderful, and dried fast. The technician was competent & professionl & he explained what he was doing. Our technician, Derick, was very polite and explained the cleaning process and options. The actual cleaning time was fast, quiet, and the carpet was dry within a matter of hours...with no soapy residue!

The cleaner was very thorough, explained everything to us and the quote was spot on. He was able to remove stains from the carpet we didn't expect to get out. The carpet took longer to dry than we expected but that may have been due to the cement subfloor. We love how clean it is.

I was thrilled. My carpets had been cleaned in January with a company that used chemicals. The carpet had an orange overall sheen and was crunchy to the touch. It did not look one bit different than before they came. My carpet is very old, very warn, and very dirty. It looked so bright when they left and the nap was lifted. Your emplyoees where great. Very friendly. I will call again and only call your company. I have been telling everyone.

We really enjoyed Mason coming to our home. He was very professional. I like the fact that he wore shoe covers, that there was a cover over the front door to prevent all the warm air from escaping, and that there were corner protectors used. The carpets turned out better than any service I have had before. Even better than the carpets, was the grout. They came back to the original color. Very impressive. Thanks Zerorez.
