I like the fact that there isn't a soapy smell, but you can tell it is clean, and it seems to stay cleaner longer. We have two large dogs that spend a lot of time in the back yard and as you can guess get diry feet, cleaning them the best we can before they come in, it still seems like they track in dirt. With just a simple vacuuming, it comes up, like the dirt just won't stick to the carpet. We have used Zerorez two times now, and the service men that have come out seem more like friends then a service person. The first was at our home, and the second time was at my daughters, where they were getting the house ready to sell, the stairs were very dirty, and they had some issues with some cats they had and there was a smell in some of the carpet that you could smell when you walked in, after Zerorez, no more smell and the carpet looked like new.
