I waited a few days to make sure that they were really cleaned before I answered this survey. Our carpet is 20 years old and we have had it cleaned several times by other companies/husband. My husband was going to take out the carpet and put in wooden floors, it was so matted down. We decided to try Zerorez first. My husband was home the day that our carpet was cleaned. I'm not sure the person’s name was that cleaned out carpets but I think that his name was Jamie??? However I credit our clean carpets to him. He has increditable customer’s service skills and went the extra mile to make sure that everything was cleaned RIGHT. Yes I'm clean freak!!! I WILL use Zerorez the next time we have are carpets cleaned.

Lack of chemicals is great. Seems to have removed the sticky residue left by the company that last attempted to clean the carpets. Dried in less than 1/2 the time of the competition. Very professional.

Friendly, efficient workers that take pride in their work. Seventeen year old carpets look like new (even the heavy traffic area which we weren't holding out much hope for). 'Old' spot that we don't even remember came back....we called and Chris (?) came back and worked on that spot and 2 others we didn't even see. It is pretty much 100% gone! Great job! Happy to recommend to anyone wanting their carpets cleaned.
