I could not belive how wonderful my carpets looked after the cleaning! They are at least 14 years old, and during that time we have had 4 cats, 2 dogs, as well as a son who eats in every room in the house! I also thought our technician (Robert McCurdy) was very knowledgeable of your products and services, was very friendly and professional and I never felt like I was pressured into adding anything extra if I didn't want it. He also worked hard on some spots I didn't think would EVER come up, but I was amazed! I also appreciated how accurate the initial estimate over the phone was. I would recommend your company to anyoneand everyone, as this was the best cleaning our carpets have ever received.

Your tech was great. Explained what he was doing every step of the way, was polite, professional. The carpets really needed a good cleaning after having a dog in there for a year. After you were done it felt like the carpets were new.

your service people were excellent. Courtious and perfessional. Some weeks laterthe carpet stil looks great, old spots have not resurfaced as has happened sometimes in the past with othercarpet cleaners. Thank you

The carpets seem to have gotten cleaner than they would have with regular carpet cleaning. Aaron was great about telling me exactly what he could and couldn't do and told me about what I could expect. Overall I would recommend zerorez to everyone. He got out some tough stains from water damage that 2 other cleaners told me would be hopeless to try to clean.

I like the fact that Aaron wanted my carpet to be as clean as it could be. He took the time to work some spots and really wanted me to be satisfied. I am and I would recommend Aaron to friends and family. He cared!

Like that you don't use chemicals. Highly sensitive to those and scents of all kinds, but your citrus natural scent didn't bother me a bit.

The gentlemen who did the sevice were very friendly and concerned about whay we thought. Answered questions asked. Spots came out that I thought would be there forever. Careful with the furniture and woodwork.

Stains get removed and STAY GONE!! Unlike other cleaning companies who are superstars the day of the cleaning but are losers two days later when its realized that stains weren't really removed, Zerorez' process ensures that no residue is left behind. They are also cheaper becasue they don't have to come back a second time. Excellent product, excellent cleaning at very fair prices. Great people with great customer skills to boot!
