No soap, clean carpets, knowledgable staff!!

I am very pleased not only the way the carpets were cleaned, but two gentlemen who cleaned them very professional,courteous and nice. I left the alone in my house and when I came back it was spotless as if they were ever in my home. Thank you so very much !!! And I will tell as many people as I can !!! I wish you did hardwood floors, if you ever do I will be first in line.

I would though suggest a better scheduling system. Making an appt. for Tues. and not knowing even am or pm until 2 days before I did not like. I would like to be able to say, AM or PM when I schedule.

I can't believe how clean our carpets look after having them cleaned, and they're not crunchy like other carpet cleaning services.

The natural products and how clean the tile was afterwards. Also, the gentleman was nice to offer the additional tile service I did not know could be provided.

I think that they work better than anyone else! I have had We Clean Carpets out here and a couple others and Devin from Zerorez took out spots that were left over when other companies did it! I like the quick dry times

No chemical residue is on the carpet after they have been cleaned and it is safe for my baby to crawl around on the carpet after being cleaned. No one else can offer that!

Worked very well. Got out stains that other cleanings hadn't (some had been there years!). Left the carpet barely damp. Smelled clean and fresh.

The overall experience was impressive from the initial call to schedule the appointment to the time they left my house everyone I dealt with was professional, Courteous, and efficient.
As for the product...the most impressive item for me was there was not a tacky feeling on the carpet when done like ive experienced with other providers.
