Seems to have done a very very good job at taking the doggy stains out. The 'path' from one room thru the other seems much better as well!! Great communication throughout the entire process. The rug was inspected on-site and also at the facility. I had always gone through a competitor for my area rug. When I would get the rug back, there were always stains on the back that I thought would not come out. When I received the rug back from Zerorez, the stains were gone from the back also. The rug looked like new! Can't wait to try the other services.
