Well I only had my ducts cleaned and he did a pretty good job and was very nice lil problem with the equipment cuz the head was to big to get into my vents but overall very satisfied

The carpet looked brand new without any residue. The people who did the cleaning were professionaland personable. They made sure the job was done to my satisfaction and answered all my questions. The thing I appreciate most is no chemicals were used.

Our carpets were a disaster for various reasons including dog urine from two small puppies. Erik did a fantastic job explaining the process and the products. He took his time and was very careful in removing the stains and odors from the carpets. When he left the carpets looked almost new and smelled wonderful. I couldn't be happier.

Loved the "door curtain" that kept my air conditioning inside on a super hot day. Chris worked very hard to get out a few spots, including some I didn't know that I had.

I liked how professional looking the cleaners were. I liked the pre-call to let me know there would be an 1 1/2 hour window the cleaners would be here, instead of the normal 3 to 4 hour window. The cleaners explained everything, wanted me to look during the middle of the cleaning at the before and after look of the carpet. I just had a really good experience overall with your company.

Very courteous and prompt. Not thrilled with the results of one room but that was due to pet stains which they could not remove. My expectations were that they could be removed. Not Zerorez's fault though.
