We are a busy family with a large dog. Our family room carpet really takes a beating. We've used other carpet cleaning companies before, but Zerorez does the best. Easy to set-up appointments and when the technician comes to clean the carpet, he/she always walks around the room and ask questions about the stains and soiled areas and then makes suggestions on how to proceed without being pushy. We're always very pleased with the results and will definately use and recommend Zerorez to others.

Scheduling was easy. The person I scheduled with gave me a lot of information about the process as well as an estimate of the cost. I love that appointments were available 7 days a week, and just a few days out. I technician called as promised and arrived during the promised time.
