Alex was very professional and personable - I felt very confident & comfortable with him from the very first contact. The carpet looks amazing!!! I was blown away by the results! I was seriously expecting there to be several spots that wouldn't come clean since it was so dirty, but ALL the spots are gone!!! I've already told at least a dozen people how impressed I was with your product & service. I will definitely be calling Zerorez for all my carpet cleaning needs in the future! Thank you!!

The think I liked most about your service is your gaurantee. Everyone from the scheduler, to the nice man who cleaned our carpet (twice), to the supervisor who stood behind the guarantee was an ABSOLUTE joy to work with. The professionalism and friendlieness of the company was above and beyond my expectations. THANK YOU Zerorez. Unfortunately, we had to replace our carpet thanks to our wonderful cat, but we gave it our all.

Our first visit was not so good. The light carpet was cleaned somewhat but left with a lot of dirt and streaks! Zerorez was very nice about correctng the problem.

The second visit really cleaned the carpet. It was much better. We are now happy with the cleaning job.

I got an appointment quickly, workers confirmed ahead of time and morning of the work, workers were polite and efficient, explained what they would do, they were careful and seemed conscientious. Work was done in the time promised. Carpets looked great when finished.
