Your scheduling is timely, your reps are very accomidating, your technician was very informative and was able to answer any and all questions I had. My carpest is in great shape after the cleaning and there is indeed no residue left on the carpet.

Zerorez was professional from start to finish. Scheduling an appointment was easy, they were timely and they were able to remove the majority of the stains from our carpet. I wish I had used the fans they offered at no additional charge because it did take several days for our carpets to dry but worth the wait! Thanks so much.

Aaron Heath came out twice for a "vomit" issue. He worked tirelessly to clean the spot and after two treatments, our carpet no longer smells. It has only been one week, but I think he did the trick! Thank you! I did not want to buy new carpet before Christmas!
