Carpets came out very clean and fresh smelling.

Products cleaned the carpets daily usage of wear reallh well. We had a lot of dog urine and some feces spots anf the chemicals used to dissolve the smell worked very well. In addition, the spots were lightened immensely or disappeared as they had been in the carpet for a couple of months and a discoloration of the carpet was inevitable.
Chris, the service technician was awesome! We went through each room prior to cleaning to discuss and determine the best solution to the pet stains, stains, and normal wear of the carpet. Chris is very knowledgeable about the products, sensitive to customer questions and concerns and makes the intrusion of the carpet cleaning process almost invisible....

Zeroez was able to get all the spots out of the carpet. We were very impressed with their cleaning and the service that they provided. The two men who came to do the cleaning were professional yet very friendly. They explained everything that they were doing, recommended further treatment without any pressure, and were careful to make sure they completed the job to our satisfaction.

Knowing that residue on carpets attract dirt it made be feel better knowing those were not there. The carpets dried faster than normal as well.
