I loved everything! Zerorez arrived promptly at the time they said they would, there was very little disrubtion to our home. Although it only took an hour, it was quick and the carpets have never looked this clean (and I have used another company just two years prior). The young man who worked in my home was very kind and respectful. I will use Zerorez again and tell all my friends about them too.

I had an area rug picked up and cleaned and returned. I thought the job was done well. The rug is old and not perfect, but it looks a lot better than before it was cleaned.
The communication was good while setting up the payment and delivery. I had a problem reaching someone initially, but he called and apologized because his voice mail had been changed and he hadn't been getting his messages. I would use Zerorez again and probably will in the future.
