Overall cleaned well. ,Some high traffic areas did not get all the way clean but I expected that.
No soap was used in the cleaning of my carpet. I understand that if soap or some kind of chemical is used the carpet will attract dirt faster. I also liked the professionalism shown by the person that did the cleaning.
