I recently had all the rooms in my house cleaned by Zerorez. I have 20 year old carpets and
was pleased with the outcome. I was very pleased with Dan who was courteous and extremely efficient.

What do you like about our products and services?

green product - i have little kids and i am comforted to know that your products are non toxic. I like that we get a call with a window when you are going to be coming on the day of service. i like that they also call when they are on their way.
they wear booties in the house so as to not bring in dirt and they explain all that i need to know about what they are going to do to my furniture/carpet, etc.

The gut did a great job considering the equipment kept shutting down and he had to continually run out to the truck to restart it. Very frustrating for him but he was very apologetic and polite

Hi-the service person who came to my home, Jamie Arrendando was exceptional. He was very knowledgable and friendly. He went out of his way to clean spots out of my chairs spending a lot of extra time and effort- with a smile

What do you like about our products and services?

I loved how everything smelled so sanitary and clean but without a chemical smell.

Ben was awesome, he worked really hard on our old carpets and made them look as good as an old carpet could possibly look.
