David was great! He got out spots we thought were there forever. The carpets looked like new when he was done. The newest carpet was installed in 1994, the others were there when we bought the house in 1991 and we have had 3 dogs and 4 cats during that time. We have only had them cleaned once before and were not impressed, so we weren't sure we even wanted to try again. This was our first time with zerorez, but it won't be the last.

I was very impressed with the 2 guys that came to clean my carpets. They were professional and explained everything before they started. Your employee, Sam , is in the military, which made me happy ,as I am a Gulf War Veteran! I would highly recommend your company to everyone!

They were on time and told me exactly what to expect. Very respectful of our home and were very nice. No clean up after he left. Would highly recommend to my family and friends and I will have them again to come back and do our other rooms.
