I DO THINK THAT IT IS RATHER HIGH PRICED FOR A 14x12 ROOM. I WAS ALSO DISAPPOINTED THAT WE DID NOT GET A DISCOUNT FOR RETURNING CUSTOMERS. I HAVE A TAX BUSINESS AND HAVE REFERRED OVER 1000 OF MY CLIENTS TO ZEROREZ. THEY SEE THE PROOF IN THE CARPETING. SO WILL YOU GIVE ME A FEED BACK ON MY CONCERNS???????????
Your products are very fresh smelling and not chemical or soap like. I personally do not like overpowering orders/smells.

The service throughout the entire process from scheduling to cleaning was exceptional. The carpets that needed to be cleaned were not bad at all, however, I feel that they were cleaned well. The best part of the experience is that our technician
talked me "into" getting our tile cleaned. This was even better than getting our carpets cleaned!!! I had no idea that the grout's original color was as light as it was. Truly worth every penny!
