The Man who came to do the job seemed more like a scientist than a carpet cleaner. He was the most professional worker I've ever seen, and he knows his job well. He did a great job & the pet odor problem seems to be gone (It's too good to be true, so I'm a little skeptical...)

My carpets look new after being cleaned by Zerorez! No chemical smell or soap residue to worry about. The guys that came out were super friendly and knowledgeable. They took all the care in protecting my furniture when they used foot protectors under my chair and sofa. They even touched up areas that they didn’t have to do; that was very nice of them. 1st time we've used Zerorez and we couldn't be happier with the results. Our bedroom carpet and our living room carpet, which have been repeatedly stained with 3 cats barfing up on them, came out looking new again. Robert McCurdy, the technician, was so polite and helpful, going above and beyond what I expected from him - really great service.
