The technician was very friendly and knowledgeable. He checked out the area to be cleaned with me and explained what he would be doing and if any spots would need extra attention that would lead to an upcharge (there were none). He did an awesome job, the carpet looks great and the room smells clean. I have had other professional carpet cleaners that I was not impressed with. I will definitely use Zerorez again and will recommend Zerorez to others.
