The cleaning agent used was highly effective and did wonders for our carpet! The two employees went above and beyond the call of duty making sure all of my needs were met. They were very prompt, friendly, helpful, and professional. I appreciated their feedback and expertise about the status of our carpet and the wear and tear it had taken already. Prices seem fair and the technician was polite and enthusiastic. Dayton Hopkins is a very good representative for Zerorez. This young man should be training other technicians. If I have occasion to recommend Zerorez I will and specifically to Dayton Hopkins.

What do you like about our products and services?

Friendly workers, and nolageable head person, phone calls for update and when they'ii arrive.
Only down side was one big spot came back some when carpet dried.
