I was truly impressed! Jose could tell what liquid had made the stain by the way it looked while being removed. VERY knowledgable!!! I didn't realize all the science involved to truly do the best job. Our carpet looks better than right after it was installed. Jose also took a lot of pride in his job and went the extra mile to make sure it was done the way it should be.

I think the service is great. Jeff did an awesome job. My carpet is clean and it doesn't smell like strong deoderant. The bathroom tile looks great and again, there is no strong smell.Jeff was very professional and courteous! I would definately recommend Zerorez.
