Dave,your tech was extremely knowledgeable regarding being up front regarding stains coming out.
I liked the fact that he wore booties over his shoes & minimized the cold air coming in with the door shield.
I'd definately reccommend your service to any of my friends that need your servicers.

Our technician, Sean, was very thorough and explained everything he was doing. He worked from the original quote and didn't try to sell us a bunch of extra stuff. He also educated us about other services that Zerorez provides! Great job. Love our clean carpets!

Zerorez had a stain guarantee. After first cleaning stains we had not seen before had popped up. Zerorez came back out with in four days and took care of the stains. Carpet looks great. RJ was polite and did a great job. I forgot the first person who came out name, but he was polite and professional also.

My first experience was excellent. I loved the way my carpets looked once they werehave done andhave left. This second time my carpets don't look as good. It looks as if they spot clean only and did not thoroughly clean the entire carpet

I was so pleased with Zerorez from the moment I called to inquire about the service, to scheduling the appointment, to the point where the techs packed up and headed out after the service was performed. Everyone was on point. The process was organized, efficient, and the techs were on time, friendly, and respectful. My carpets look great!
