I was so impressed with how quick and efficient Steve and his coworker were. They were friendly and very professional. They answered all my questions promptly and made sure I understood everything and made sure i was happy with the work being done. Not only will I refer business and use zerorez, I will always ask for Steve.

No chemicals! Took there time to get every inch of floor. Also explained the whole process of how it works. Left the carpet nicely cleaned and fluffy. Great service.

The two young men were very efficient and professional. Just one very minor suggestion for improvement. Please ask them to make sure they leave the client's bathrooms as clean as they found them. It is a stereotype about the ring and spots of urine on the toilet, but it was true in this case. I am not critizing them, but it would be better if they take note of what they have left behind and clean it up.

The results of carpet cleaning services we have used in the past have not exceeded that of Zerorez. We like the fact that Zeroez does not use soap or chemicals since we are interested in reducing as many toxins in our life as possible. We were on the verge of replacing our carpet but thought we would try a cleaning from Zerorez. We were pleasantly surprised with the clean, bright results of the cleaning and put off replacing our carpet for a few more years. They did a very good job. It did smell very clean when it was dry, just like the commercial. I would indeed recommend them to my friends. i have two children that are interested.
