Excellent Service! Arrived the same day, very timely and professional. The carpet looks great! We recently lost our cat and hadn't realized that he had been soiling the carpet in recent weeks. The technician provided very honest feedback related to the process, products used and that there was a possibility that it may not remove the stains/odor if the urine or spray had gone into the pad and subfloor. If that was the case,carpet replacement would be our best option. The odor and stains are gone!

No leftover residue, The house didn't smell parfum-ey and it got rid of all the tough pet stains which was my biggest like about the whole thing!

I like that it's natural. It's not always as great at getting out our cat urine odors, but for general carpet cleaning I think it's awesome.
I liked that it did not take long for the service, the technician wore booties the WHOLE time so that my other floors were not harmed (we have hardwood also), and that the carpets dried relatively fast. The technician was friendly and knowledgable in what he was doing, which made us feel like we chose the write company to take care of our carpets. Oh yeah, and our carpets look GREAT! Thank you!
