Cleaning scent very faint but clean and fresh smelling. While not able to get out all stains in sofa, got them very faint (which was acceptable to me). No stiff residue!

The Tech cleaned out carpets on a Sunday afternoon which I believe is highly unusual. Since my spouse and I both work it is hard to find times to get service people into the home. The carpet looks and feels clean!

The young man doing our cleaning (Jon) was very polite, explained exactly what he was going to do, and protected our furniture and wall corners. Our carpets are 15 years old so we didn't expect them to get perfectly clean, but we are very pleased with the overall look and appreciate the freshness and knowing our carpets are ready for spring.
