I was not very pleased with the results of my original cleaning service from Zerorez. After receiving my negative feedback, they quickly
responded. They offered to redo the areas I was concerned about. This time the results were much improved. I would use their service again. Zerorez does try and please.....and is concerned with their clients satisfaction.
The appointment person was great - found a cancellation for us the same day. The cleaner showed up on time. He was professional and did a fabulous job. The carpet looks new! No weird smell from chemicals - especially good for our kids and cat. This is our second time with Zerorez and we would highly recommend them.
As always Aaron Heath did a phenomenal job on a stain caused by a ripped open bag of coffee.

The service was excellent, good explanations of the process, great callback service...we are pleased with everything. The only negative is how "crispy" the carpet feels and sounds. Hopefully that will go away with time and wear.
Robert and Rob were excellent they were very informative and took great care in our home, GREAT TEAM! We love how our carpets turned out.
We were supposed to receive a Dickey's gift certificate that we never received. I called about it and got no satisfaction, very disappointed about that.
I called at about 7:45 on that Tues. and the women told me I should receive the certificate. ??????
