The first time our carpet was treated for pet stains, the treatment seemed to make the odor much worse. Zerorez was very responsive and sent a second technician to our house the next day. He did a more thorough treatment at no cost and was very helpful with our concerns.

I have used zerorez once before...but with less satisfactory results. Actually the results were fine, but the lead zerorezzer spent all of his time telling me how bad my carpet was...and how it was one of the worst he had ever seen!

I gathered that he was trying to lower my expectations...but all he really did was insult me.

On the other hand, the guys who provided the zerorez service most recently just did the job without the verbal beatdown.. The results were excellent and their carpetside manner was noticeably better than that of the previous technician.

The fast dry time and friendly service to.

The carpeting seems to be cleaner than any time I had cleaned it with a rental carpet shampooer. I also like the fact it's cleaned with water, and no soaps.

With other carpet cleaning services, carpets are stiff from all the chemicals, takes long time to dry and house smells.
With Zerorez, carpets were amazing, are kind of older but still in half decent shape, after cleaning, look AMAZING, and the tough old stains came out. Parts of it were dry by the time the service person left-that fan is amazing.

Jacob was Fabulous, he clearly likes his job and it shows. He was excited about getting out the tough stains and the cleaning of the brick fireplace worked incredibly well. I will definately be requesting him again and recommending him.
