When I called back a week later to say I wasnt happy with 1 of the rooms, they set up another appointment, no questions asked, and happily corrected the problem for no charge. Our Tech (Adam) was on time, very personable, explained everything he was going to do and did a great job cleaning the carpets. There were some nasty stains from some rain water leakage, a couple of old cats that had lived in the house with us, wine spills and general traffic through the house. I am very impressed with how clean my carpets are, the good value in their service, and will use Zerorez again.

Staff are very professional and knowledgeable. Carpet turned out beautiful. At first I was concerned about some ripples and let you know. I got a call back quickly with an explanation of why this sometimes happens at first, but that everything should be okay when the carpet dried. It was clear that you would follow up if the ripples remained. They didn't. In the morning the carpet was smooth and all is well.

I was pleasantly surprised when I got a courtesy call when the technicians were about 15 minutes away from my house, and arrive within the window that I was quoted. The cleaning and service definitely met, if not surpassed, my expectations, and your technicians were very thorough in explaining what they were going to do, what the charges would be up front, and what I could do to get the carpets dry in a short amount of time.
