The technician was very knowledagble and pleasant. He got the job done quickly and without much inconvenience to us. He would tell us what he was doing and ask us if we wanted to come and see what he had done. The carpet looks clean, feels soft, and actually feels cushier, underfoot, than it did before it was cleaned, if that makes sense!

Eric and Dennis were excellent. They offered wonderful sound advice. I would definitely use them again if we were staying here. By the way, we are moving to Bel Air MD, do you have any franchises there?

My carpets looked great after the cleaning. I like that there are no harsh chemicals used and the technician was nice and professional. He explained the cleaning process very well and made sure I understood and asked if I had questions.
