The technician was given the wrong number to call to let me know what time he would be arriving but fortunately I was home. Otherwise, I would have missed the call. The quoting department needs to do a better job of quoting prices.

RJ did a great job of explaining what the process was, special tricks for any future stains and sounded very knowledgeable. He did a great job getting a few pet stains out of my carpet and overall was very pleased with the experience. thank you!
