It was easy to get a quote from the company and easy to schedule the appointment. It was helpful to get the reminder phone call and email, telling me how to prepare for the cleaning. The men called before they came and, once here, explained their method of cleaning, what is in the products and how the products work.
They were courteous and answered my questions well. The carpets look great!

This is our first time using Zerorez and were very pleased. The carpet was dry in 12 hours and looks great. We had an area in our den that needed special attention - mark from a desk chair protector - carpet around the protector was very dirty and underneath clean. Also a small spot of red computer printer ink and the young man doing the cleaning did a very good job with those areas. We certainly wouldn't hesitate recommending Zerorex or using them ourselves again in the future. Thanks.

I like the fact that the cleaning did not involve any chemicals and will use water and vinegar to clean spills in the future as suggested by technician, Darnell LaShapelle. Darnell was very polite and knowledgeable about the product and wanted to make sure we understood the process. He made sure to answer any questions we had. Very happy with the results in cleaning 13 year old and 18 year old carpet. Would highly recommend them to anyone!!! The cost was very reasonable due to special going on with three rooms for $129. Will definitely use again in the future!!
