What do you like about our products and services?

Although my first cleaning on Feb.12 did not do the whole job,in all fairness the fact that the carpeting was unusually dirty etc.may have been a factor. I liked the fact that on the second round,Feb. 14,Cris Compton suggested the fabric protector,and redid the cleaning,getting into the corners,and redoing problem areas on an easy chair.Also he showed me how Zerorez spot cleaner worked better than what I had,Spot shot.I highly recommend Cris for his expertise.

Staff was professional, quick and efficient. One small complaint is that a small strip of carpet seems to have been missed. Kinda weird but a strip about 1 foot by 2 feet looks different then rest of carpet, so almost looks missed?? Oh well, will still use you again in future

We are very happy with not only the result of our carpet cleaning, but we had excellent customer service. Our technician, Will, arrived on time and was very professional. Our carpet turned out great and the price ended up being the same we were quaoted over the phone - no hidden charges!! We will be repeat customers for sure!
