It's taken me two days to fill out this survey because I simply can't figure out how to write enough good things about my experience with Zerorez. I absolutely can not believe what an amazing job they did with my carpet. I am still staring at it two days later and wondering how they did it. They took their time. They cleaned it thoroughly. They went back over it. Everything a company should do but never does. They cleaned a chair for me that no one has ever been able to get clean and it is spotless!! I have posted this everywhere I can think of and will continue to do so. And I took before/during and after pictures because I was so impressed with their work. You have very professional employees. I thank you for taking the time to hire wisely. I am now a loyal customer!

Professional. Was able to get one day service.

I had 2 area rugs cleaned. One was an extremely expensive Tabriz that one of the dogs "marked" and was very dirty and loaded with white dog hair. It came out beautifully as did the "cheaper" area rug that was also very dirty.

Things started out shakily. I received 2 phone calls the night before; one person said the rugs would be picked up "sometime the next day". The second person who called said my info was not in the computer. I asked for a window of time for the pick up. They were late, but only by one hour. The rug return went much smoother.

Terry was very thorough and informative. He did a great job and the process made the carpets softer brighter and smelling fresh. Terry was able to get some tough stains out. I will use Zerorez again.

Overall great service from reminder phone, prompt call from tech for arrival time, excellent and friendly tech, spot on carpet was removed, carpets not saturated and turned out amazingly clean. I would definately recommend zerorez actually already have to friends.
