Thoroughness and friendliness (without being overly so, more just conversational and they observed well, too). Seemed honest. And, the reason you were picked besides referral from my dad was that it's all natural cleaning methods that don't have toxins (just because it's natural, doesn't mean it's safe!).

I like that Zerorez does not use harsh chemicals.
The technician who cleaned my carpet was exceptionally polite and considerate.

Andrew and Erik were very conscience (sp) while they were here. They rigged up the front door so the cold air wouldn't escape while they were cleaning and they ran the fans to facilitate faster drying. It is to soon to know how long the cleaning will last.
