The system actually seems to work, which clearly defines itself as a superior method of carpet cleaning.
However, please tell your technicians that although I understand carpet cleaning is not a glamorous job, probably shouldn't be talking on the phone while customer is in the house - it just doesn't look professional, nor does anyone appreciate hearing a one-sided conversation. My tech was very polite and a nice kid.

the provision of an arrival time, the 15 minute warning call, the appointment being scheduled quickly, little noise, very short(less than 2 hours) time to thoroughly clean alot of carpet including stairs, and very dirty carpet looks amazing
