you are exactly as advertised. The people I dealt with on the phone were professional and to the point when describing the services you would perform and accurate with the cost of said services. There were no surprises. The service tech was early, yes early, for the appointment. The carpet was clean and free of pet odor,(our reason for calling)and there was no residue left on the carpet.

The person that came was professional and efficient. He did an excellent job - better than any one you've sent in the past. The carpet dried very quickly even though it was humid. (The time before it took DAYS.) He was unable to get the big wine stain out of our carpet but I can tell you he worked very hard at it and it is significantly lighter than it was. We knew there was no garauntee. Also, he took great care in the way he brought the equipment through our home, covering our wood flooring and using plastic gaurds to protect the wood railings along the way.
