Doesn't leave the carpet real wet, drys quickly. Cleans very well. The man that did it was very nice and went over it again if I wanted him to. Was very happy with the results.
The technicians prior to cleaning give a complete detail of what is best for the carpet and they quote a price for the service.
I had two techs here(one in training) They both were very polite, provided me with much knowledge and worked tirelessly to make my carpet perfect. There is NO residue from the cleaning solution - which I understand is basically water with less than 25% chemicals.
