I had a Great Technician that did my cleaning for me. He was very thorough in asking questions and telling me about the products, the Bio Cleaning process and very willing to clean everything I asked for. Very Happy with the Cleaning! I also sent 4 rugs to your facility to be cleaned which I was happy about as well. I have tried to clean the rugs but just can't do as good a job as a professional. Thank You!
Very friendly and very informational
The service worker who did the cleaning was clean cut and in uniform, he was polite and knowledgeable. The equipment was clean and up to date and care was taken not to damage walls with the vacuum and water hoses. Lastly our carpet has never appeared this clean after other companies were finished with their process. I am very pleased.
