Fair price. Courteous workers. Little odor. Fast drying. Did the job of cleaning our white sofe/loveseat. Timely feedback. Came on time and didn't take long. Price was a bit high. Wish you had a Angie's list deal on sofa/loveseat cleaning.Do NOT share my name to promote Zerorez.

That you don't use soap! I love it! Soap is not a carpet's friend! It attracts dirt and leaves a crunchy residue as evident by the stains I had spot treated. They were deeper than the regular dirt and harder to remove. Your process made the carpet feel and look like NEW!

Speed at getting here, no "after carpeet cleaned musty" smell, brought and set up fan immedieatly, blocked door to keep air in the house, really courteous technician. (Dark hair, thin. He was great!)
