It took 3 visits.... 2 were from Dennis....He wanted to make sure that I was satisfied..I did not have to contact them, He contacted me more than once or twice. He did what he needed to do until I was happy with the results. I have 2 small dogs and wanted the smell in my carpet gone. He actually got down and smelled the carpet to see exactly where the smell was coming from. He was such a nice guy and the CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS OUTSTANDING. The idea of no chemicals is high on my priority list. With this in mind, I am not understanding the $14 charge for dumping the water.

I think the results speak for themselves I was very satisfied.Also the Tech. Brian explained the whole process very well even though when it was 85 degress and tropical outside he came with a stocking cap on then he suggested a tropical treatment then he removed his cap and got to work thats when I knew he was having a bad hair day. Just kidding Brian you were a joy to have in my house and your exp lantion of the whole water deal was very enlightening thanks again great job

The guys who came to clean my carpet were polite, efficient, and friendly. They explained what they were going to to do, and what they wouldn't be doing. When they were done I was shown the results and told how long it would take to dry, and they were spot on. The carpets look great!
