Chris Compton was our lead technician. He was very nice and offered a creative alternative to the three-room special. We didn't have three rooms of carpet that we wanted cleaned, so Chris offered to throw in a pre-cleaning treatment of the carpeted room and also cleaned our stairs for the three-room special. He was very knowledgeable of the products and services and also busted his butt cleaning our carpets. We're very happy with the results.

Being my carpet is about 10 years old, and I tried to clean it my self and failed, he made it look 2 years old. Due to my high traffic areas, two dogs and two kids, you can't expect brand new.
