It was easy to schedule, and didn't take a lot of my time. I really liked that they called a couple days in advance for the time frame they would be at my house and then 1/2 hour ahead of time before they came so I wasn't sitting around all day

What do you like about our products and services?

I really like the idea of the technician assessing my request and charging for the actual services being done rather than just one flat rate.
The technician was extremely knowledgeable and able to give exact reasons for why he recommended each treatment.
The finished result exceeded my expectation. I am very pleased!
Service by such a friendly, enthusiastic, knowledgeable, and professional individual is great and much appreciated.

What do you like about our products and services?

What I like is that the carpets feel like they are soft and not sticky with soap. The other thing that really strikes you when you enter the house is lack of smell, the carpets have no smell to them and that freshens the entire house. The other thing that works out so well is the flexibility of the scheduling, even though I was at work a few quick phone calls and I was able to get them into the house, complete the work, and pay my bill so everything was done when I came home that day!

Your service people are incredibly courteous, helpful and prompt. I love the citrus smell during the cleaning process and that the spots you get up do not come back 3 months later. The carpets get cleaned the natural way (no chemicals) and they look better!! I love you guys--:)

Like the fact that my carpets aren't full of soap...better for my animals. The young man that came out to clean our carpets was very professional and explained what he was doing and had us go through after he was done!

Our tech was very polite and did a very good job. The only thing that didn't live up to my expectations was a coffee stain didn't come completely out. He did say prior to starting that it should come out but may not completely. Overall a very good experience.

No chemicals and phenomenal customer service. Our two service technicians arrived early, and explained pricing and method beforehand. Very impressed and the carpet looks and smells great.

The guy who came was great. Completely on time - a bit early, in fact, but called first to make sure it was okay. Clear and straightforward explanations, and the carpet got much cleaner than I thought it would, in exactly the time he told me it would take. He even moved a couple of things that I hadn't done because they were a little heavy for me.
