Great communication ahead of time. They called the day before and again 15-20 minutes before arrival. James was very pleasant and efficient. He asked if we had questions, gave advise if we asked. Pulled coaches and chairs out and back in order to clean behind. Put furniture left in the room on blocks after cleaning. Cleaned up, explained bill and was on his way. Very efficient. Very happy with the results and the 3-room price. Would definitely recommend Zerorez.

I had a very large very dirty wool rug from Thailand. After hearing there commercial and talking with a few people that had used there services I decided to see if my rug could be cleaned. So on a Sunday morning I rolled it up and drove it over to the location. As soon as they answered the door, I knew I chose the right place. They came out and removed the rug from my truck. Totally did not expect that. Very appreciated. We then brought it in and measured it. From there they were able to provide me with an estimate for the cleaning and they told me Peter their area rug specialist would contact me with any questions. Peter soon contacted me. Very professional, definitely the man hands down when it comes to area rugs. He mentioned installing a new backing for the rug, since the original was gone. He explained the benifits of having the backing on the rug. Easy descision to make there. I would soon have my rug back and fully restored. He called me a couple of days later and explained that they would have to modify the rug in order to install it because the edges had a curl to them. And I knew that. I was hoping the backing would help correct that. But it wouldn't and the modification would have to wait I said. Just didn't have the extra money for that this time. The cleaning on the other hand turned out wonderful. I have never seen it so bright and colorful since I had gotten it used twelve years ago from a friend.
