I was disappointed by the loud noise the process made- I realize this is not the operator's fault- just the machines/truck doing their job. Nate was great- he did a really good job and was a pleasure to work with.
The thing I liked about your cleaning service (other than the excellent cleaning job) was that there was no heavy chemical cleaning solution smell. The carpet smelled clean, fresh and like citrus.
