my oriental rugs always look great when I get them back. They are very large and cumbersome, even two strong people have trouble carrying them so the delivery service is perfect for me.

I like the thorough technitions you send out, and the products, of course...! I also like the education your staff provide to the customer, to be able to keep their carpets clean after a visit. I like the system you use. It gets the sides and the top as well as the bottom of the ducts cleaned out. I feel like it is truly clean. Jon and John were so friendly and very professional. My dauaghter had Jordan and Tony who were just as friendly and professional. Great job, great employees. Thank you for a job well done!!!

They did a great job of assessing what kind of cleaning that would be most effective in our home and explained why. Then he did a really great job of cleaning. It was fast and looked wonderful when he was done.
